Uses
It is generally used in the treatment of respiratory disorders such as asthma. The active ingredients work by relaxing the muscles lining the smallest airways inside the lungs, thus helping to clear the passages and as a direct result, making it easier for a patient to breath. The Fluticasone propionate is a corticosteroid. This drug prevents inflammation and is extremely helpful in treating asthma. The Seretide Accuhaler is manufactured by GlaxoSmithKline to deliver the drugs Salbutamol & Fluticasone, and contains about 60 doses.
Dosage and administration:

Usually dosage is twice daily.
Side effects:
There are usually little or no side effects as a result of using Seretide Accuhaler. However, the most common side effects which have been experienced include soreness of the mouth and throat. If you experience these effects, gargle with water and spit it just after taking your dose of the drug. These are normal reactions in those sensitive to the drug.
Other side effects can include tremors, palpitations, headache, joint pain, cramps in the muscles, skin rash, increased anxiety, sleep disorders and irritability. Those who take more concentrated doses of the drug can suffer from weakness in the bones, eye issues, and the drug can even affect the growth of a child when taken by children.
