Possible Side Effects of Spirotone: Side effects include: nausea, diarrhoea, drowsiness (possibly due to high blood potassium levels), headache, menstrual cycle irregularities including increased frequency of menstruation, bleeding in the middle of the month or stopping periods altogether (amenorrhoea)
